Our pop-up gallery is a unique space within the gallery that is available for hire by aspiring artists, offering an opportunity to showcase their work and curate their own exhibitions within one of the South West’s most prominent galleries.
Artists will benefit from the use of the gallery’s main window, providing a high-visibility display space in the thriving market town of Modbury which attracts a strong footfall and local interest.
In addition, each exhibition will be supported through promotion across the gallery’s established social media channels and regular newsletters, helping to reach a wide and engaged audience.

Plymouth Arts Collective is a group of six artists brought together by a shared love of creating, exhibiting and celebrating art.
Working in a variety of mediums including oil, acrylic, watercolour and pencil, our artwork reflectsa wide range of interests, inspirations, and individual styles. From street scenes and seascapes to traditional landscapes, figurative and still life composition, each of us brings our own experience, perspective, and creative approach to the collective.

As well as enjoying the process of making art, we value the opportunity to share our work. Having originally met through membership of a Plymouth based Arts Club, friendships grew through our shared enthusiasm for creativity and artistic expression. The diversity of our styles, subject, and techniques creates a varied and engaging collection of work, offering something to appeal to a wide range of tastes.
While our artistic approaches differ, we are united by a passion for art, and sharing what we create with others.
