Jennifer's work focuses on the wild and dramatic Exmoor coastline in North Devon. It has a firm representational basis, yet utilises simplification and intentional mark-making to communicate the experience of standing in the landscape. She uses oil paint to form powerful compositions, and exploring shape and silhouette. Her work documents the fleeting moments she experiences outside: a striking of light; a monolithic cloud formation; the play of weather.
