‘Hope’ embodies the spirit of hope and reminds us that whether we believe it or not, there is always hope. Even in despair. Hope heals. Hope unites individuals and forms communities. Hope is the light antidote to the darkness of fear. It’s easy to live in fear as we are bombarded with climate catastrophe, technological advances, World war and human cruelty. When we love in fear we act in fear. If we can catch ourselves; hope can be a habit too.
